San Limo is a 3D visual artist from Malaysia, active in the global digital art scene.
The characters he creates have no fixed identities and do not belong to any defined reality — they all originate from a closed, self-contained system of his own design.
In this work, I constructed a system entity built around the core concept of “the shell as a vessel for the soul” — EXOSOUL.
It is both armor and interface; both container and the externalization of consciousness.
The piece explores the boundaries of the body, the plasticity of identity, and the technological containment of the soul. I aimed to create a state where emotion is sealed beneath cold metal, yet perception continues to flicker actively within a transparent structure.
EXOSOUL is not an individual, but a possibility of system-based existence — calm and restrained on the surface, yet filled with unresolved tension from within.
