Processing Time
- For in-stock products, orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after full payment and shipping fee confirmation.
- For available and released products (pre-orders or backorders), processing will take 2-3 weeks before shipping due to supplier preparation and packaging.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be charged separately once your order is ready to ship. The shipping price depends on the product size, weight, and destination.
Customs & Import Taxes
All customs fees, import taxes, and duties will be fully covered by AA Figures — no hidden fees or surprises. You only pay for the product and shipping fee, and we’ll handle the rest.

Damaged or Lost Packages
